Join a Chess Lesson with Five-Time World Champion Magnus Carlsen!

Is your child interested in taking a chess lesson with five time world chess champion Magnus Carlsen? Now’s your chance! He’s going to do an event with Magnus Chess Academy on July 30th. In person camps are a great way for excited students of all skill levels to play and learn chess. They’re a mix of lessons, practice games, and breaks to go outside and run around. There are locations all over the metro area all summer long, and everyone who does a camp in June or July can join the online lesson with Magnus at the end of July.

They also run tournaments (suitable for kids who’ve never played in a tournament before) all year round!
