We love the B&O Museum but have only been once because it’s a bit pricey and out of the way, especially when there are so many world-class museums here in town for free! But my youngest one loves LOVES trains so I think we need to make another excursion to Baltimore.

As four our favorite February activity? I know it’s not exciting, but no matter what the weather, our family loves the Arboretum. We meet friends there every Friday for an informal Forest School-type play group. Last week on our hike through the azalea garden we actually saw snowdrops blossoming! Even in winter it is delightful to visit and spend some time in nature. It’s our favorite DC treasure.
