Monday – Jump the morning away at Flight Trampoline Park in Springfield. The area’s newest place to bounce around hosts Kid Flight sessions for children 46″ tall & under from 10am -12pm Monday through Friday. Admission is $10/hour.

Tuesday – Visit a brand new exhibit at the National Archives. “Making Their Mark” illustrates the many ways people have made their mark on history through a signature and offers something for all ages and interests. Hours are 10am – 5pm. Admission is free.

Wednesday – Enjoy the outdoors without having to bear the elements at Rock Creek Nature Center. Learn about the area’s wildlife and enjoy hands-on activities. With all kinds of animal and plant exhibits, plus a Discovery Room full of books and toys, kids will be intrigued and engaged. Open Wednesday – Sunday, 9am – 5pm. Admission is free.

Thursday – Get little ones grooving as the Boogie Babes present the Sugar Free Allstars — twice in one day! Catch a morning show at Eastern Market at 10:30am. Or go for a special happy hour session at the Atlas Performing Arts Center at 4:30pm — snacks and drinks available for purchase. Admission is $5, free for siblings 6 months and under.

Friday – Visit the animals, roam the peaceful grounds, and possibly join in a children’s program at Oxon Hill Farm. Hours are 8am – 4:30pm, and admission is free.
