Baseball games are always more fun when you get a little extra something to take home. And given that this is a blog about things to do with kids, I’m not talking about a good beer buzz (though no denying that’s nice, too). The Nats are at home all this week, and a couple of the games come with some swag–if you can be among the early arrivals.
A three-game series against the Cubs begins tonight, and tomorrow, August 24, is T-Shirt Tuesday. The first 10,000 fans to enter the stadium for the 7:05pm game will get a Stasburg T-shirt.
The St. Louis Cardinals will be visiting the Nats next, from August 26 – 29. On Saturday, August 28, the first 15,000 fans to arrive will receive an Ivan “Pudge” Rodriguez Fan Choice Bobblehead.
Tickets are still available for all games against both teams. Visit the Nationals website to select and purchase seats. And if the games offering freebies start too late for your brood, the August 29 game is at 1:3pm, and Sundays are Family Fun Days at Nationals Park!
