Gustafer Yellowgold, the small, yellow, cone-headed fellow adored by kids everywhere, is returning to the DC area for a one-afternoon show at Jammin’ Java. On Sunday, April 17 at 2pm, join him for a fun, quirky, hilarious time as he goes on a quest for the Infinity Sock.
The beloved creature who came to the Earth from the Sun has a knack for finding himself neck-deep in absurd situations as he explores his new life in the Minnesota woods. During this show, he’ll take the audience on a musical journey in search of the longest sock in the universe. The New York Times called it, “a cross between ‘Yellow Submarine’ and Dr. Seuss.” An excellent combo, if you ask me.
Equal parts pop rock concert and animated storybook, Gustafer Yellowgold shows are a unique multimedia experience that entrance children and adults alike. For more information, music samples, and some multimedia fun, check out the Gustafer Yellowgold website.
Tickets for the show are $10 and available for purchase through Jammin’ Java.
