Tulips abloom at Burnside Farm
1. Burnside Farms’ annual Festival of Spring, a glorious showcase of more than 150 varieties of tulips and 30+ varieties of daffodils on 15 acres of fields, will run March 30 – April 19 this year. Tickets go on sale TODAY at 12pm! They have been selling out quickly the past few years, so snag yours as soon as you can.
2. Lincoln’s Cottage will be hosting Monday Fun-Day Concerts starting March 30. Kiddos and their caregivers can join from 10:30am- 11:15am to dance, wiggle, and sing. Rocknoceros is playing March 30, April 6, and April 27, and Mama Elena performs April 13 & 20. Admission is $8 for ages 6 months and up.
3. PopUp Bagels is opening their first DC location in Georgetown this Friday, March 27 . We’ve had them in NYC and can confirm they are great bagels! Not only are they delicious, but eating them is fun and different from other bagel places — you tear off chunks and dip them into one of their schmears, which change weekly.
