5. So, I jumped on the sourdough bandwagon. And while my first attempt didn’t turn out the best loaf, the process of making it was fun and interesting, so I will be trying again. A friend gave me starter with a recommendation to follow this sourdough master class, and I also Googled a few others. (The guides were good, it was me who messed up.)
